Delivery & return
We carefully do our best to deliver your beautiful rug to you as soon as possible. All rugs on our website are in stock and immediately available. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 12:00 on the same day. Moreover, shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is completely free.
Delivery is in most cases via DPD, PostNL or FedEx. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you want to return it. No problem of course! Whatever the reason, you can cancel the purchase up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You will then receive the full purchase amount back. Only the costs for returning are for your own account. These costs are not high in most cases, depending on the size and weight. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. We are always willing to help you with your return.
Please contact us at email@example.com before returning a product. We will then send you the instructions by e-mail. After receipt, we will then transfer the amount due within a number of working days. Of course we assume that you will return the rug in the same state and condition as you received it from us.
